·Develop a series of “Water Polo from Mars” STAR (Skills, Transitional, Advanced and Representative) level camp and clinic based water polo programs with progressive skill levels for school age participants.
·Establish a parallel pathway within the STAR camp and clinic based water polo programs, for the professional development of all levels of coaches and referees.
·Create an easy-to-follow and alterable component water polo program aimed at clubs, primary and secondary schools that can be accessed via on-line media.
·Establish an underpinning coach education program to enable coaches to deliver school sport and basic water polo programs.
·Create a module based water polo syllabus for integration into learn-to-swim and swim squad programs.
·Provide a player development and competition pathway to the sub-elite water polo level.
·Provide an on-line water polo product resource.
·Develop a water polo focused venue management capability.
